Defence seeks new sword supplier

They may be more suited to Game of Thrones, but the Australian Defence Force is seeking a new supplier of swords.
The ADF has invited tenders for swords, scabbards, cases, leather covers, slings and belts and "refurbishment services".
The ornate swords - made from steel, copper and gold-plated brass and bronze - are used by the army, navy and RAAF for ceremonial purposes.

The tender, due to be signed off in June 2015, was initially listed under the category "Light Weapons and Ammunition".
This was changed to "Uniforms" in August after an official discovered the error.
