Police swarm Mornington Peninsula property after dead body found

A dead body has been found at a Mornington Peninsula property on Victoria's coast.
Police have swarmed the scene at Punty Lane in Flinders after a man was found dead just after 4.30pm.

The cause of his death is yet to be determined.
Paramedics were initially called to the site amid reports of a gunshot or stabbing.
