Cuts may clip High Court's wings

The High Court may have to rethink sitting outside of Canberra in order to save money.
Chief Justice Robert French says the federal government's efficiency dividend had affected court operations including registry and library staffing.
"There is no material scope to reduce the court's administrative costs without cutting significant elements of its operations, including circuit visits," he said in the court's annual report.
