Customer satisfaction award winners announced for 2024
The winners of the Roy Morgan Annual Customer Satisfaction Awards have been revealed across several categories.
Major Bank of the Year
Commonwealth Bank took home the award for Major bank of the year.
Bank of the year
P&N banking took home Bank of the year.
Risk & Life Insurer of the Year
Medibank won the award for Risk & Life insurer of the year, despite a rocky year for the company, which was impacted by a massive cyberattack.
It's a new entry for the winners list.
Retail Super Fund of the Year
ANZ Smart Choice Super was named the retail super fund of the year.
It's the first entry for the super fund on the winners list.
International Airline of the Year
Singapore Airlines won international airline of the year for the second year in a row.
Domestic Business Travel Airline of the Year
Qantas won the best Business Class Travel of the year, but was beaten out by Rex for the best Domestic Airline.
Car Manufacturer of the Year
Lexus won Best Car Manufacturer of the year, while Subaru won Best Major Car Manufacturer of the year.
Mobile Handset of the Year
Samsung was a first-time winner, taking home the best Mobile Handset of the Year.
Supermarket of the year
Aldi won Supermarket of the Year once again, beating out Woolworths and Coles.
