Australians are expected to splurge more than $2 billion on Boxing Day sales, and if predictions pan out, it'll be the highest amount spent in one day.
In 2013, shoppers spent $1.9 billion on Boxing Day.

Some eager shoppers actually camped outside department stores in Melbourne, lining up as early as 7.30pm the night before.
