Woman accused of throwing dog from two-storey carpark faces court
A Perth woman accused of throwing her pet dog from a two-storey car park which ultimately caused the animal's death has faced court.
Amy Lea Judge's Maltese shih-tzu, Princess, had to be put down after plummeting from a two-storey car park at Westfield Whitford City in Perth.
The court heard for around eight minutes the 25-year-old was allegedly holding her dog over the edge of the car park before the animal fell 9.1 metres.

RSCPA lawyer and prosecutor Ruby Harris said they are "seeking imprisonment" over the "egregious, callous and cruel" animal cruelty incident.
Judge's ex-partner, who did not appear in court on Friday, was fined $2500 for not seeking help.
The case has been adjourned for legal advice.
Judge will return to court on September 1.
