Victoria releases list ranking areas affected by COVID-19
Victorian Premier Daniel Andrews has declared lockdowns could be imposed on COVID-19 "hotspots".
Conversely, communities without a record of transmission could be re-opened sooner than the rest of the state.

The announcement came after 25 new cases were reported yesterday, bringing the state total to 1817.
Mr Andrews announced a raft of new restrictions, and released a list displaying cases by council areas in Victoria.
He emphasised it was not about blame or segregation, but simply aimed to illustrate where cases were heaviest.

Victorian Health Minister Jenny Mikakos today said she was "very concerned" about the level of community transmission in the Victorian council areas which include Hume, Brimbank, Casey, Moreland and Cardinia.
"We have not issued stay-at-home directions for those hotspot areas, but of course we won't rule anything out," she said.
