Corby family hires bodyguard

Schapelle Corby's family have reportedly hired a celebrity bodyguard to protect the drug smuggler from the media after he was spotted at Bali airport yesterday.

Adrian Gard landed in Denpasar on a flight from Australia yesterday, the Daily Telegraph reports.

The Australian security guard, who is known for his work with The Rolling Stones and Paris Hilton, was whisked into a waiting car when he arrived in Bali.

He was taken to the Sentosa Seminyak resort where Corby is staying with her sister Mercedes.

A number of Australian journalists have set up camp outside the luxury resort since the former Queensland beautician was released from Kerobokan Prison on Monday.

There are unconfirmed reports that the Seven Network has arranged a $2 million deal for an interview with the Corbys.
