Concerns for missing Armidale teenager

Police have serious concerns for a 16-year-old girl who hasn't been seen since the early hours of Monday morning.
Emma Pietsch left her Armidale home, in northern NSW, between 4.30am and 7am and hasn't been seen since.
Her parents and police say they have serious concerns for her welfare.

Ms Pietsch is about 165cm-170cm tall, with a fair complexion.
She has long fair hair, possibly in a ponytail, and has pierced ears.
Police say she may be carrying a green satchel-style bag and a three-person dome tent.
They are urging anyone with information to come forward.
