COAG leaders to go on a retreat

Prime Minister Tony Abbott will take state and territory leaders on a retreat to discuss reform of the federation.
The Council of Australian Governments meeting in Canberra on Friday decided on the measure which will be the first of its kind.
No officials will be present at the retreat in July.
