A third man has been charged over the alleged murder of young Melbourne rapper Chris Habiyakare in Melbourne's west last year.
Police arrested the 18-year-old man from Ascot Vale in Docklands yesterday and later charged him with murder.
He is due to appear at Melbourne Magistrates' Court again today.

Police also arrested two other men yesterday afternoon over the death of the 24-year-old rapper, including a 21-year-old man from Tarneit and a 20-year-old Keilor Downs man.
However, both men have since been released from custody.
Police said Mr Habiyakare was shot dead at his Essex Street home in Sunshine North on the evening of August 24.
Police already charged two men in November year with the alleged murder of Mr Habiyakare, including an 18-year-old man from Broadmeadows and a 19-year-old Ascot Vale man.
