A 23-year-old Perth woman has been caught allegedly driving an unregistered vehicle with three unrestrained children, including an infant.

Bayswater Police officer-in-charge Dave Whitnell said officers found a five-year-old boy and a three-year-old girl standing in the back seat of the unregistered Honda when they stopped it in Tuart Hill on Monday.

A man in the front seat was holding an unrestrained six-month-old baby.

The driver also did not have a licence.

She was charged with no authority to drive, unlicensed vehicle and fail to ensure passengers under 16 years correctly restrained.

She is expected to appear in the Perth Magistrate Court on July 17.
