Child rushed to hospital after being pulled from Sydney pool
A young boy has been rushed to hospital after being pulled from a pool in Sydney.
9News understands the five-year-old boy was submerged underwater for four minutes in a pool at Sydney Olympic Park Aquatic Centre.
CPR was performed for 15 minutes by an off-duty paramedic and nurse as well as lifeguards.

"First responders at the Aquatic Centre did a great job with their resuscitation, managing to get the patient breathing again," NSW Ambulance Inspector Lucky Phrachanh said.
"It was critical to stabilise the patient and get him to hospital care as quickly as possible."
"We're hoping the best efforts of all responders result in a positive outcome."
The boy was rushed to the Children's Hospital at Westmead in a critical condition.
