Detectives have charged a man with multiple alleged child sex offences in NSW after he was extradited from Queensland yesterday.

In June, officers attached to the State Crime Command's Child Abuse Squad commenced an investigation into a 38-year-old man following allegations of child sex offences.

The allegations involved numerous sexual offences committed against a young girl the man knew.
