Australia needs a change of government and not another Liberal leader, Opposition Leader Bill Shorten says.
"Australians know that with Malcolm, it will always be about Malcolm," he tweeted shortly after Liberals MPs dumped Prime Minister Tony Abbott as their leader.
"Australia doesn't need another Liberal leader - we need a change of government, and Labor's up for the fight."
