Car skids off road in Sydney wet weather

Dashcam footage has captured the moment a car skidded into another and ran off the road in Sydney's west.

The vision was captured during a storm last Thursday when the commodore lost traction on the wet road as the driver attempted to change lanes in Hoxton Park.

Two people inside the car that was hit were treated for shock.

Police say this highlights the risks of driving in wet weather and remind road users to drive to the conditions.
