Car flips in Sydney Harbour Tunnel causing traffic chaos
Traffic travelling into Sydney's CBD has been thrown into chaos this morning after a car crashed and overturned in the Harbour Tunnel.
A car travelling southbound flipped about 200m from the tunnel's exit about 7.30am.
Ambulances reportedly took nearly 20 minutes to get to the scene due to the traffic build-up from the accident, but luckily the driver was able to get themselves out of the vehicle and suffered only minor injuries.
The car has since been towed, but the flow-on effects of the blockage has caused traffic to back-up to Lane Cove in Sydney's north, nearly 10km from the accident.
It is understood traffic is moving again but motorists and bus users north of the harbour can expect long delays getting into work this morning.
