Car engulfed in flames after being set on fire in Adelaide

A car has been set ablaze in the residential area in Adelaide’s inner north this morning.

Residents in Devon Park were woken up by the sound of windows smashing, shortly before the Holden Commodore was engulfed in flames.

Emergency crews were concerned the incident could cause the car’s LPG fuel tank to explode.

Witnesses said they saw the offenders running away from the burning car.
