Car crashes into train in Queensland

A car has crashed through a boom gate and into a train on Queensland's Darling Downs, leaving two women seriously injured.
Police say the vehicle passed warning lights at a level crossing before colliding with a car of the unloaded coal train at North Toowoomba about 10.30pm (AEST) Friday.
A 32-year-old woman sustained critical injuries.

Another woman, who was also in the car, suffered serious injuries.
Both were taken to the Toowoomba Base Hospital.
Police say investigations are continuing.
