Police have arrested a 20-year-old man who fled a Frankston court complex yesterday afternoon.
Caleb Pavlovic had been remanded in custody, and was awaiting transfer, when he escaped the Frankston Magistrates’ Court about 4pm.

He was arrested in Hastings just before 1am today.
