Police release CCTV after bus driver abused on Sydney airport route

Police have released CCTV images of a man they want to speak to after a bus driver was abused on a journey from Sydney Airport.

At 6.30pm on Wednesday, November 20 the man got on, and verbally abused the 58-year-old driver.

About 15 minutes later, when the driver stopped at Banksia Railway Station, the man abused him again.

A passenger tried to intervene, before the man sprayed both of them with water and fled the bus.

He was last seen walking north on Railway Street, Banksia.

Police are looking for the man, who is Caucasian, about 175cm tall, of a medium build and with dark hair and dark facial hair.

He was wearing a dark shirt, black pants and was carrying a black bag.
