Suspicious packages of white powder found on Bundaberg beaches
9News Staff
Police say white powder found in parcels washed up on Bundaberg beaches in December can be harmful to people who come in contact with it.
Members of the public found two one-kilogram packages containing the powder at Elliott Heads on December 21 and Mon Repos on December 27.
Police fear there could be other packages that may wash up along the coast but have not revealed what the powder is. No images of the powder have been released.
