Police chase ends in dramatic arrest after armed carjacking
A police chase on Queensland's Bruce Highway ended in a dramatic arrest after an alleged armed car-jacking in Hervey Bay.
The pursuit ended after 250 kilometres, when the car clipped another vehicle at Wild Horse Mountain near Buderim.
Video from a Nine helicopter showed the white corolla on its roof and broken glass and a hub cap strewn blocking one of the highway's two lanes.

Police could be seen removing a sawn-off weapon from the car that appeared to be a shotgun.
Traffic was backed up for kilometres as passing vehicles were limited to using just the road fringe.
Police had chased a white Corolla, believed to have two men inside, as it sped down highway towards the Sunshine Coast.
Police believed the occupants were involved in an armed carjacking earlier today.
