Boy killed, girl hurt crossing Perth road

A 14-year-old boy has died and a 14-year-old girl is in hospital after being hit by a car in Perth's southern suburbs.

The pair were crossing the road at the intersection of Stock Road and Beeliar Drive in Munster in the early hours of Monday morning when they were struck by a Ford Falcon.

The girl was taken to Princess Margaret Hospital with serious injuries and the boy died at the scene, while the driver was not injured.

Police would like to speak with anyone who may have seen the crash, or those involved beforehand.
