Teen charged after student airlifted to hospital following schoolyard fight in Victoria

A teenager has been charged after a schoolyard fight in regional Victoria allegedly left another boy with a serious head injury.
Police were called to Wodonga Senior Secondary College on Tuesday morning.
A 17-year-old boy was taken by road to Wodonga Hospital then flown to Royal Melbourne Hospital, an ambulance spokeswoman said.

A 15-year-old boy was charged yesterday with recklessly causing serious injury and has been bailed to face a children's court at a later date.
A hospital spokeswoman said this morning that the boy is in a stable condition.
