It is understood a report was made to police when an item was found inside.
Police urged pedestrians and drivers to avoid the area, while localised diversions have been put in place. Those have now cleared.
A statement from the shopping centre said that all customers were welcome back.
"We're committed to ensuring the well-being of our community, and we appreciate your understanding and cooperation during this short closure," it said.
"Thank you for your patience and understanding!"
