Explosion heard at Melbourne home after suspicious device found during drug raid

An explosion has reportedly been heard at a Melbourne house where police found a suspicious device while executing a warrant.

A bomb disposal robot was dispatched to the house in Berwick, and the house was cordoned off after police raided the home this morning.

The Herald Sun has reported a loud explosion was heard a short time ago.

A woman aged in her 40s has been arrested following the raid.
