Body found on Sydney nature strip

A man's body has been found on a nature strip in Sydney's Lower North Shore, with police advising his death is not suspicious. 

The body was found about 6am today on a strip on Mowbray Road in Lane Cove North, police said.

A crime scene was established and police have since advised that the death is not suspicious. 

Mowbray Road has been closed in both directions near Hinkler Crescent and drivers have been told to use Epping Road as an alternative. 

Route 534 buses are also diverting away via Epping Road, and passengers should allow extra travel time.
