Second crime scene established after body found in waters off Melbourne
Two crime scenes have been established after a woman's body was discovered in waters off Melbourne's south-east this morning.
Emergency services were called to the vicinity of the Nepean Highway in Seaford at about 6.55am.
Police have yet to determine whether the death of the woman, who has not been formally identified, is suspicious.

Police said a post-mortem will be conducted to determine the cause of death.
A second crime scene was established on Frankston beach after "a number of items were located".
Police are investigating whether they are linked to the death of the woman.
The investigation is ongoing.
