Man collapses 300m from Sydney Running Festival finish line

A man has collapsed 300 metres from the finish line while attempting a half marathon in Sydney.
Paramedics treated the runner when he became unresponsive near the end of the Blackmores half marathon as he approached the Sydney Opera House steps this morning.

A spokesperson from NSW Ambulance told 9News he was taken to St Vincent's Hospital.
His condition is unknown.
