Bikie pulls gun on security guards in Melbourne bar

A bikie has allegedly threatened security guards with a gun after a dispute at a Melbourne bar.

Police allege a number of members of the Mongols outlaw motorcycle gang started an argument at the St Kilda bar after being refused entry early on Sunday morning.

One of the group allegedly pulled a gun and threatened staff before entering the venue.

Police found the group in a nearby car park and arrested them at gunpoint.

A 28-year-old Brighton East man, a 29-year-old Heatherton man, a 40-year-old Altona Meadows man, a 27-year-old Brighton East man and a 29-year-old Langwarrin woman were all taken into custody and interviewed.

The Brighton East man has been charged with illegal possession of a firearm and will face Melbourne Magistrates Court later on Sunday.
