Big Brother's Tim Dormer hands out free hugs
Big Brother 2013 winner Tim Dormer took to Sydney's streets this morning to mark National Hug Day.
The woolly-haired television personality didn't need any prompting as he hit the CBD's busy Pitt Street Mall to share the love, courting some very divided attention.
"Well the holiday period has wrapped and we've all back at work feeling a bit blue," he said.
"But you can't feel sad after you have hugged someone, even a stranger… So I'm going to get as many free hugs out there as I can."
Mr Dormer proved popular with both female and male shoppers alike as he demonstrated hugs of the "unsuspecting", "koala" and "sweaty" varieties.
But, as the 29-year-old discovered, some people's affections could not be won over.
