Man falls three metres on Sydney construction onto steel reinforcement

A man has been injured after falling three metres on a construction site in Sydney's north.

The 25-year-old landed on a steel reinforcement, which embedded in his shoulder. It was partially cut out at the scene.

The worker is being taken to Royal North Shore Hospital.
