Man stabbed to death after crash
A man has died after allegedly being stabbed in the neck following a crash in the NSW Hunter Region.
About 1.30pm today, a 4WD and a Holden Commodore were involved in a crash on the Pacific Highway near Beach Street, Belmont.
When police arrived on scene they found a 50-year-old man with stab wounds to his neck.

The injured man was treated at the scene before being taken to John Hunter Hospital, where he later died.
A 32-year-old man was arrested near the crash site and is currently assisting police with their investigation.
The two men are known to each other.
Detectives from the State Crime Command’s Homicide Squad are assisting officers with their investigation.
