New video shows a man recently arrested on drug charges in Bali sobbing in a cell with a fellow Western Australian.

A bong and a lighter were also seized.

Police allege the Subiaco man also resisted arrest, even erasing all the data off his mobile phones.

Mr Davey has been living in Bali for the past nine years.

He's the second Western Australian to be arrested on drugs charges by Indonesian police in just over a week, as part of an operation targeting foreign alleged drug dealers.

He is sharing a cell with fellow Australian Aaron Coyle. 9News

Mr Davey is sharing a cell with Aaron Coyle, who has been accused of being a drug courier.

Police claim they discovered more than a gram of crystal meth in his villa in a separate sting last Wednesday.
