Baby formula thieves break into Melbourne businesses stealing hundreds of thousands of dollars in stock
A Melbourne business has been forced to hide their baby formula stocks after repeatedly being targeted in brazen break-and-enters.
Masked intruders were caught on CCTV ransacking the warehouse on Wallace Avenue, Point Cook loading up on supplements five times in two months.
“It makes us feel very unsafe – we dare not to do any storage here,” business owner Ivy Jaing told 9News.

Police allege the repeat offenders took off with more than $100,000 worth of stock each time they targeted Ms Jaing’s business and also hit locations in Footscray, Bundoora, Preston, Abbotsford and Clayton.
Items targeted include A2, Aptamil and Bellamy baby formulas.
Yesterday detectives arrested two suspects at a property in Springvale after executing a search warrant Two rental cars were seized as evidence.
A further five people from St Albans were also arrested and charged with a range of offences including burglary and theft.
