Australia’s top-rated pharmacies revealed

The most popular pharmacies in Australia have gone head-to-head in a new customer satisfaction survey.

Canstar Blue tested nine chemist chains across eight categories in a research released today.

Guardian Pharmacy was the only outlet to receive a five-star rating by customers for overall satisfaction.

Guardian also took out best service, best availability for drugs and pharmacists and health management programs.

But the chemist was rated the lowest for their range of beauty products - that category was taken out by Priceline Pharmacy.

For value for money, Chemist Warehouse was the pick of the bunch, while Blooms The Chemist was awarded five stars for their range of health products.

My Chemist, Discount Drug Stores and Chemist Warehouse had the lowest overall satisfaction ratings of those tested, with three stars.
