Australia can be US gateway to Asia: Robb

Trade Minister Andrew Robb has urged the US to use Australia as a gateway into Asia.
Mr Robb is in America for the inaugural Australia United States Business Week across six major cities and accompanied by a business delegation of 240 companies.
"Australia... is increasingly seen as a beachhead or gateway to a region that will be fundamental to global growth in the years and decades ahead," Mr Robb told the Chicago Council on Global Affairs on Tuesday (US time).
