Australian man dies after plunge at Bangkok airport

An Australian man has reportedly leapt to his death at Bangkok's Suvarnabhumi airport.
The man, who also held Irish citizenship, has been identified by Thai police as Alan Paul Grimes, aged 32.
He reportedly took the escalator to the fourth floor, jumped over the railing and hit the ground below, according to airport general manager Sirote Duangratana.

He was rushed to a nearby hospital where he was pronounced dead just after 8am local time on Thursday.
