Australian bodybuilder eats his daughter's placenta

An Australian bodybuilder has been filmed eating his daughter’s placenta in the hope of “making some gains”.

Arron Curtis, a fitness guru who obviously likes to push the boundaries, was filmed by a friend frying up his daughter Illya’s placenta on a hot grill.

“After waiting more than a week with this placenta in the fridge, I thought I better cook it and wash off some of the slime before I eat it... to minimise the chance of dying,” Curtis explains in a YouTube video posted last week.

“I'm starting with a little bit, just to reduce the chance of getting botulism or something.”

“How does it taste, Aaron?” his friend asks him.

“It takes like liver, I think,” Curtis replies while chewing thoughtfully on the chunk of flesh.

Curtis told Nine.com.au his partner Erica was “disgusted” and “embarrassed” by the stunt.

Clearly others weren’t too impressed either.

“I thought this was all a joke. Now I'm about to vomit and never want to speak to [him] again,” a user wrote on Facebook.
