Man who ‘knocked passenger’s teeth out’ in bus attack bailed
A man has been bailed after allegedly knocking a passenger’s teeth out during a violent attack on a bus in Sydney’s west.
Fairfield's Alan Tepu, 33, allegedly punched 48-year-old Ghadir Isak in the face.
Police claim two of Mr Isak's friends were also punched as they tried to stop Tepu fleeing.
They were assessed by paramedics, with Mr Isak requiring further treatment.
Mr Tepu was allegedly found lying down at the back of the bus when police arrested him.
He refused to comment when approached later by 9NEWS.
The alleged offender, a 33-year-old from Fairfield, was arrested and charged with one count of occasioning actual bodily harm and two counts of common assault.
He was released on bail and will appear in court on May 24.
