Armed robbery on Vic post office

Police have released an image of an armed man who threatened staff at a Melbourne post office and stole cash.

After threatening a female staff member with a gun at the Deer Park post office, the man jumped the counter and raided three cash registers on Saturday morning.

He fled on foot.

The man, believed to be aged in his 20s, was wearing a black hoodie, grey track pants and thongs during the heist.
