Albanese purchased the multi-story house with his fiancee Jodie Haydon, whose family is from the region.
The property is located in Copacabana and is described as a "large architecturally designed home" with an uninterrupted ocean and Sydney Skyline views from all levels.
The architecturally-designed home has been designed for privacy with high tree foliage from the outside.
Almost every room offers stunning ocean views.
The property is also equipped with large windows throughout, allowing for plenty of natural light to fill the space.
The property was sold for $1.7 million in 2017 before being bought for $4.65 million in 2021.
Avoca Beach McGrath Real Estate sold the property to the couple for $4.3 million, after being on the market for more than a year.
Prime Minister Anthony Albanese exclusively told 2GB's Ben Fordham that he was looking forward to starting a new chapter of his life, alongside fiancee Jodie Haydon.
Contracts for the property in Copacabana were exchanged in September, and settlement is due to happen by the end of this month.
