Actress Amber Heard has reportedly accused her estranged husband Johnny Depp of breaching a temporary restraining order, after his staff removed items from their downtown Los Angeles home today.

TMZ claims police officers responded to a “possible violation of a court order” at the home, with a photo appearing to show a truck loaded with men’s clothing.

Depp was ordered to stay 100 yards (90 metres) away from the 30-year-old actress after she filed for divorce citing domestic abuse last month.

The website says Depp himself has not showed at the property but his staff are removing items, including wall hangings and furniture.

The temporary restraining order against the Pirates of The Caribbean star includes a move-out order, which allows him to pick up personal clothing and belongings from the home until Friday’s hearing.

However, Heard believes Depp’s camp is overstepping the boundaries, as Depp is currently in the Bahamas.

TMZ also earlier reported that Heard does not believe Depp will testify in the upcoming case. Heard will appear in court on Friday to seek a permanent restraining order.
