The motorcyclist was pulled to safety by witnesses on the Monash Freeway.
A motorcyclist has been pulled to safety from a fiery crash on the Monash Freeway by bystanders.
Authorities were called to the crash just after 3.50pm at Jacksons Road on the Monash Freeway in Mulgrave.

The motorcyclist suffered minor injuries.
The driver of the car was not injured, paramedics said.
Vic Roads said all lanes have been closed outbound between Jacksons Road to Wellington Road.
Motorists are being advised to allow extra time if travelling through the area.
