Motorcycle hoon's dangerous riding slammed by police

Police have slammed the actions of a motorcyclist filmed speeding and overtaking drivers through the Adelaide Hills, all while performing a wheelie.

In dashcam footage which has since gone viral on social media, the rider is seen crossing over double lines just after a bend, then speeding off on Tippett Road at Chain of Ponds.

Police told 9News nobody has reported the incident, but in a statement they said:

"A small number of motorcycle riders continue to use our public roads as a racetrack and in doing so, are choosing to put themselves and others in danger."

There have been three deaths involving motorcyclists on SA roads this year and police are urging anyone who sees this type of behaviour to immediately report it.
