Sydney nightclub identity Adam Freeman has been arrested over the alleged assault of a man who fell 10m from a North Bondi unit yesterday.
Police were called to the unit just before 10am yesterday.
A 29-year-old man was taken to hospital with spinal and facial injuries.
Mr Freeman – the son of late underworld figure George Freeman - was arrested at the scene and taken to Waverley Police station.
The 31-year-old was later released without charge.
Mr Freeman is currently on bail awaiting sentence after admitting his role in the manufacture of nearly $3 million worth of ecstasy.
He fled to Thailand in late 2010, after two of his associates were caught with drugs and the manufacturing equipment.
He returned to Australia in 2011 after a global arrest warrant was issued and pleaded guilty to the charges.
