Off-duty cop charged with indecent assault

An off-duty police officer has been charged with indecently assaulting a woman at a Sydney music festival.
The 25-year-old constable, who is attached to a specialist command, allegedly assaulted the woman at Penrith on Saturday.
He has been issued an attendance notice to front Penrith Local Court on November 7.
