Man found dead in Canberra home

A man has been found dead in a Canberra public housing block.

Authorities arrived at the Stuart Flats block on Light Street, Griffith, at 4.30am on Monday where they discovered the body.

ACT Police are treating the death as suspicious.

A man is assisting police with inquiries.

A crime scene has been established and has been examined by an ACT Policing Criminal Investigations team.

A report is being prepared for the ACT coroner.
