ACT records 21 new local coronavirus cases, changes to restrictions
There are 21 new local cases of coronavirus in the ACT, 15 of which are linked to known clusters.
Of the new cases, 14 were in quarantine for their entire infectious period.
Six were infectious in the community and the movements of one are still under investigation, Chief Minister Andrew Barr said.

There were about 3500 tests in the territory yesterday. In the last two days, about 7500 people have been released from quarantine.
The ACT Government has made some slight changes to the public health orders.
These will allow small businesses to have a maximum of two people on their premises for local contactless delivery or click-and-collect.

Some large essential businesses, such as hardware stores, pet supply stores, and office supply stores must move to delivery or click-and-collect.
These changes come into effect from midnight tonight, and more details are on the ACT government's COVID-19 website.
